The services offered by City Singles are intended for ADULTS ONLY. My registration as a member of City Singles certifies that I am at least 18 years old. This contract constitutes a legal agreement between the site user and City Singles.
Please read this contract carefully before you register. By registering, you agree to the terms and conditions stipulated in this contract, for as long as you are a member.

The terms and conditions of this contract are subject to change at any time, and changes will take effect immediately. Either party, for any reason may terminate this contract with City Singles at any time whatsoever. This termination will take effect as soon as one of the parties discontinues the membership. We reserve the right to suspend your involvement with City Singles at any given time, without warning, if you should violate any of the clauses in this contract. City Singles services are intended for members who wish to develop friendships, or business or other relationships with fellow members. At no time are you permitted to authorize another individual to use your personal access codes for your City Singles account. I certify that all the information I have provided in my personal file is accurate, and I accept that I alone am responsible for the effect this information could have on the lives of other members. I undertake not to transmit any defamatory, obscene, offensive, violent, or racist information, nor illegal material that could violate the intellectual property of others (private or public), on City Singles, under penalty of prosecution. I promise to use City Singles in such a manner that respects laws in effect in Canada, the United States and Europe. I undertake not to include in my profile any information that is offensive, degrading, obscene, violent, or that contradicts a friendly and respectful site. City Singles reserves the right (but is not obligated) to reject any profile that does not comply with this rule. I understand that I am fully responsible for the interactions I create with other members, and that the administrators, officers, programmers and all City Singles staff cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a dispute or any other event (false information or other) that may originate during interaction between members. Furthermore, City Singles reserves the right (but is not obligated) to intervene on behalf of members, in the event of a dispute on City Singles. Members who do not respect the normal rules in effect within a friendly virtual community, and who harass, are violent or disrespectful in any manner whatsoever towards other members, are liable to be expelled without warning or refund.
IMPORTANT: It is possible that one or more members (including unauthorized members) may post or transmit offensive or non-authorized material using City Singles as an intermediary. It is possible that some members may obtain, using any means whatsoever, personal information about you, and that they may attempt to use this information for the sole purpose of harassing you. City Singles administrators are not in any way responsible for the information transmitted through its site, or for information pertaining to you that other members may obtain. Members are prohibited from leaving any personal information (E-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, etc.) in their personal file, in discussion forums, or anywhere else in the City Singles site, with the exception of sending personal E-mail messages.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: City Singles does not verify the authenticity of the information contained in personal member files. It is therefore important to take certain precautions when meeting another member through City Singles. For example, never agree to a first meeting somewhere other than in a public place (coffee shop, restaurant, etc.). Let a friend know the identity of your new correspondent before you agree to an encounter. Do not disclose personal information that will enable a member to contact you without your consent, before establishing that his or her intentions are honorable. City Singles and its administrators cannot be held responsible for the words or actions of its members following an encounter, discussions or other contact. City Singles (its administrators and employees) may not be held responsible for incidents that may occur following an encounter I participate in with another member. I accept the fact that I will receive no monetary refund following my registration with City Singles. The only possible compensation, under certain circumstances, is an extension of my membership. I understand that City Singles may experience power failures at times, and experience programming errors caused by circumstances beyond the control of the administrators or during updates.
IMPORTANT: City Singles does not guarantee that the service it provides is 100% efficient nor 100% safe. It is possible that the network may experience a « blackout », or that a « computer pirate « may penetrate the server. You must become aware, BEFORE BECOMING A MEMBER, that it is possible (although not probable), that an individual with evil intentions may access City Singles and use some of the personal information provided by members, for his or her own purposes. IN NO CASE can City Singles or any of its administrators be held responsible for acts of computer piracy originating outside the network, nor can they be blamed for damage or loss this may cause you. Under no circumstances may an administrator or member of the City Singles organization be held responsible if a member is unable to browse on City Singles, for whatever reason (unable to understand, defective phone line, incompatible modem, broken cable, incorrect configuration, incompatible browser, etc.).
